Intro Course — 9a – 11a
Brunch & Silent Auction – 11a- 1pm

Intro Course — 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

FREE and OPEN to all ages! We welcome anyone interested in experiencing the Engelmann Mountain School philosophy to join us for a Morning in the Mountains. Groups will be constructed based on age (parents can choose to join their littles if they’d like). Each group leader will guide participants through the mountains to hike in the wilderness, reflect in nature, and experience first-hand the beauty of the mountains during the famous Wildflower Festival weekend. Group leaders will also bring their own expertise to the morning ranging from conservation and botany to recreation or art and seeing in the mountains giving attendees a sneak peek at what the Learning Center can offer. A focus for the littles (ages 3-8) will be “Leave no Trace” principles and wilderness preparedness. They will be guided and taught by our amazing PreK teacher, Abigail McComb. This morning adventure will give parents and prospective students a sense of our private school in action! Registration required.

Silent Auction and Brunch — 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Enjoy the wildflowers, mountain air and scenery from the historic Wasatch Mountain Lodge as you eat brunch and laugh with friends! Reserve a table for eight for $160 or purchase an individual ticket for $25. Ticket purchase will go toward a fully catered brunch by the local Silverfork Restaurant and Lodge and access to the silent auction. Silent auction items range from pieces created by local artists, skis from 6-time X-Games medalist Grete Eliassen, a stay at Solitude or Brighton Resorts, and more! Registration and ticket purchase required.
